OUR CALL CENTER
Advocates dedicated to helping employees understand benefits, resolve claim issues, file appeals, locate providers and enroll online, answer phones, and email from employees. While more than 70% of issues that come through our call center are resolved during the first call, our staff also serves as intermediaries between employees and insurers, helping get the right answers and the right resolutions to escalated issues in the shortest amount of time possible.
