ShawHankins provides our clients with a complete COBRA administration system. It automatically produces all required COBRA and HIPAA notifications, tracks enrollment periods for group health continuation, bills premium to those electing to continue their group health coverage after employment, and has a full suite of reports summarizing COBRA activity for our clients.
Our COBRA administration website allows the entry of new employees by our staff or by the client's human resource staff, as well as entry by the COBRA qualified beneficiaries.
Once entered, the COBRA beneficiary may login to the website with an access code and a password. These beneficiaries can monitor their COBRA eligibility as well as make payments.
Our clients can view the status of these beneficiaries, including enrollment and payment information.
