As the Call Center Lead, Christy supervises our call center and serves as an intermediary between employees and insurers, helping get the right answers and the right resolutions to questions and escalated issues in the shortest amount of time possible. She is an advocate for our clients’ employees.
Prior to joining our team, she worked 7 years at a national insurance company focusing on auto liability claims. She also has over 10 years of experience in providing excellent customer service.
Christy is currently in the process of obtaining her insurance license in the state of Georgia. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of South Florida. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends.
