Jacille initially joined ShawHankins in 2012 as a member of our enrollment team where she gained experience in working with multiple clients and benefit plans. In 2017, she moved into her current role as Client Support Specialist. Her primary focus in previous employment was customer service and managing receipts and data. This experience contributed to Jacille’s strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Jacille is responsible for assisting account managers in ensuring excellent performance as related to enrollment, billing and eligibility. Her goals include maintaining an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. In addition, she acts as a liaison for members, carriers and benefits consultants to help find resolutions for claims that have escalated issues.
Jacille is passionate about helping people and building relationships. She is also passionate about her family and travel.
