As a Senior Account Manager, James serves as the primary, day-to-day contact for many of our clients. In that role, he creates benefit strategies and works with placement in renewal and marketing efforts. He takes a lead role in conjunction with benefits consultants on carrier selection and financial negotiations and claims analysis and review.

James has over 17 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry.  Prior to joining our team, he was a Financial Professional with Mony Group for 3 years and with American Fidelity for 8 years as an Executive Account Specialist.

James is a Licensed Health and Life Insurance Agent in Georgia.  He graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1989.  He is passionate about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, volunteering with local non-profit organizations and attending car shows with his wife.
