Jessica joined ShawHankins in October of 2018 and will be working out of our Marietta location. Her role as a Client Support Specialist is to serve as the primary point of contact for the majority of our client’s employers. She serves as an advocate for their employees and assisting them in understanding benefits, resolving claims, filing appeals, locating in-network providers, ordering new ID cards, online enrollment support, and other general benefit assistance.
Prior to joining ShawHankins Jessica worked for CCH Small Firm Services as a customer care team member assisting with technical support. She also worked at Transdev National Operations Center working closely with General managers nationwide to ensure operational requirements were attained daily.
Jessica majored in Business Management from Coosa Valley Technical College. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, attending their sporting events, and volunteering at community outreach events.
