Magi brings over 15 years of highly relevant experience in the employee benefits industry to our client service team. Her most recent experience was as Client Services Director at Principal Financial Group, a large national carrier. Prior Magi worked at Willis for 13 years, a top ten global insurance broker, where she held multiple roles. Over her tenure at Willis she held the positions of Chief Operations Officer and Human Resources Manager.
As the Chief Operations Officer, Magi will be responsible for the overall management of the Client Services division, Placement, Technology, Marketing, Wellness Services Business Development and Sales. Her responsibilities will be to ensure excellent customer service and overall client satisfaction. She will closely manage the implementation and service processes, manage client services teams, and recruit and hire new team members.
Magi earned a Bachelor in Business Administration specializing in Management from Troy University. She is a member of Society of Human Resources Management and International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
Magi joined our team in 2015 and is located in our Marietta office. She is passionate about providing her clients exceptional customer service. Outside of work she spends her time reading, enjoying the outdoors and watching her children participate in their sporting activities.
