Our dedicated customer service call center exists to serve our clients’ employees during the best and worst times of their lives. In all our work, we are high touch and highly involved; traveling to our customers’ locations to provide in-person information and employee benefits education, taking the time to get to know our clients’ true needs before implementing a plan just right for them, and serving as both a consultant and intermediary between employees and insurance providers.
This is our idea of partnership: advocacy that extends from employers to each individual employee, and connection that goes beyond the surface, asks the right questions and finds the right answers for every client.
